Incredible is all I have to say. This is a four bedroom fully furnished penthouse condo that is TRULY a penthouse. No other units are on this floor. The double front entry doors are stained glass. The windows in the unit are floor to ceiling in most of the rooms. The living room views are out of this world. You can sit anywhere and see without having to stand up and walk to the balcony. The balcony...what a balcony! This huge balcony is where I believe you will spend all of your time. Listen to the waves as you enjoy this covered balcony. The master bedroom also has sliding glass doors onto the balcony. The master bathroom is large and has a great sized shower. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher! The kitchen seating area is large enough for all of your family to gather around. There are two more huge bedrooms...bigger than the master bedroom, located in the back of the unit. Again...fantastic floor to ceiling windows. The fourth bedroom has its own bathroom as do all of the bedrooms. I love the tray ceilings and lights throughout. This unit also has central air conditioning...unheard of usually in Ecuador. There are split units also in case you prefer to use them. There is a very good size laundry room with shelving and a stackable washer and dryer. The building has a gigantic pool and social BBQ area. There is also a squash court! This unit comes with two parking spaces and two bodegas!
